I am a double major in business and digital media design and currently I am taking courses that range from costuming and makeup to an intermediate level finance class. Weirdly enough both of these classes fit my majors.
A liberal arts education is making me a well-rounded person, which has lead to many different amazing things. If it weren’t for the idea of the liberal arts essentials classes I wouldn’t have found that I love the business major I have now added on.
The liberal arts idea is a major part of making my course load hard, because I am out of my comfort zone, working on areas that I never would have normally.
It may make my days a little longer, but I am learning the things that I will use for the rest of my life.
