Choral Society: Community Bonding Time

I am part of the Muskingum University Choral Society, a group of singers that meet every Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. to practice singing for our Christmas concert this upcoming December. The ages of the members of the Choral Society range all over the scale, giving the choir a wonderful mixed sound. I love being a part of this because I like knowing I am part of a community organization. All Muskies have different kinds of groups they like to join to be able to experience what college life is like outside of classes. Some join student senate, like Nate, and others join athletics, or academic organizations, or sororities/fraternities, etc. Whatever your interests, Muskingum will suit them. Choral Society, for me, has been a wonderful chance to be able to meet our elderly community members, most of them being Muskingum Alumni. I am blessed to be able to say I am a part of such a group.
