Spring Break!

Hi all!

We’re down to the final week before spring break here at Muskingum.

The weather is just wonderful, and everyone is really excited. The usual Monday monotony has been replaced with some life on campus as students meander across the quad, basking in the sunshine and coordinating plans for spring break.

Last year for spring break, I went home. This year, I planned to go home and work. As luck would have it, however, a more exciting opportunity arose. I’ll be traveling to North Carolina to help with Habitat for Humanity. The best part? It doesn’t cost me a thing.

This is the kind of thing I have always wanted to do. I’m ecstatic to 1) leave the state (I’ve never been further than Washington, D.C.) and 2) help others! It’s even more fantastic that my sorority sisters are going, so we’ll have an excellent chance to bond with each other.

I’m just really grateful that I can enjoy these kind of opportunities here at Muskingum. It’s something that I won’t soon forget.

Meanwhile, the weather is pretty fantastic as well.

Have a great week!

Kelsey
