Fall Break’s end

Hey everyone!

Fall break is finally at an end today, which is a little bittersweet, considering the things that me and my new friends did the past four days. At first, I thought that, since I was out-of-state and most people would go to their homes, that the campus would be empty and there would be nothing to do. Luckily, I managed to find one friend that stayed and we just got a whole band of people together and we hung out practically nonstop. We went around New Concord, lounged around campus and had a movie night practically every night in the Memorial/Moore lobby where my room is. I also managed to work on my guitar skills a bit more and finally got working on my  novel project again.  Now that everyone’s slowly coming back, I’ll have to get back into the swing of school life, but it shouldn’t be all that hard, I hope.

I’m also really glad that it’s finally getting cold, considering I’m not used to it being cold until the middle of November. Everyone who knows that I’m from Arizona also keeps reminding me about snow and how excited I am to actually experience snow. I think that I have enough to help keep me warm once the weather does drop down to below 50 on the daily, but if not, I’m not yet sure what I’m going to do. I’ve only ever really experienced snow twice, so I have really no idea what to expect.

Take care y’all.
