Graduation Prep

Yesterday I went to the Senior Salute, which is basically a bunch of different tables you walk through to finalize things before you graduate from Muskingum…which is actually really convenient, because otherwise you’d have to go to each of the people individually.
I got my cap and gown, finalized stuff with the Registrar’s office (my name for my diploma, majors and minors), the business office (any money I had due that would keep me from receiving my diploma), the financial aid office (loan stuff, yuck!) as well as the mailroom, so they had the right address to send my diploma to, and career services where I filled out a survey so they could get a sense of what my plans are after graduation and how they can help me. There was also the opportunity to peruse and order announcements and class rings, though I wasn’t interested in that. Oh, and drawings for free stuff, and cake! Who doesn’t love cake?
It seems like a small thing, but it’s another item off the checklist, and Muskingum made it really easy for us graduates.

Hope your week is going well,
Kelsey
